REFUND POLICY


 

WEAVE GENIUS ACADEMY

(Classes, Workshops, Tours, Educator Trainings)

All class registrations are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.


Credit Voucher Option

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request a credit voucher under the following conditions:


  • Transfer to another in-person class location or date with a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) notice, subject to availability
    OR
  • Apply your credit toward a 1-on-1 online class with Weave Genius Academy (by appointment)

 

Credit vouchers:

  • Hold the full paid value of your registration
  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person
  • Must be used within the timeframe provided at issuance

 

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend without proper notice results in forfeiture of the registration. No refund or credit will be issued.

 

WEAVE GENIUS SERVICES

(Hair Installs, Wig Services, Appointments)


All service payments and deposits are final. No refunds.

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment for review according to professional service standards.

 

WEAVE GENIUS PRODUCTS

(Hair, Wigs, Extensions, Tools, Merchandise)


All product sales are final. No refunds.


Exchanges Only (Within 7 Days)

  • Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery or purchase
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

 

For hygiene and quality control reasons, used hair, worn wigs, cut lace, colored or installed items are not eligible for exchange.


Custom orders, clearance items, and final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.
