From Education to Community Impact
The Weave College has a longstanding history of hands-on professional hair education led by Rhonda Robinson, The Weave Genius. That experience now provides the educational foundation for The Weave College Youth Trade & Career Training Program through Pink Hats and Tees, Inc.
Giving Back Through Education & Hair Replacement
Rhonda Robinson, The Weave Genius, brings more than 20 years of professional hair industry experience and a history of educating students and beauty professionals since 2005.
In addition to her work through Weave Genius, Rhonda Robinson serves as Program Director and Lead Educator for The Weave College and Hair Replacement Program Director & Specialist for Crowning Confidence, two community programs of Pink Hats and Tees, Inc.
THE WEAVE COLLEGE
Youth Trade & Career Training Program
The Weave College introduces teenagers to hands-on wig and hairpiece construction using a sewing machine.
Students learn practical construction skills through wig making, drawstring ponytail making, wrap ponytail making, and hairpiece making while also being introduced to entrepreneurship and future income opportunities.
Education That Continues to Give Back
The experience behind The Weave College now supports a youth trade and career training initiative through Pink Hats and Tees, Inc., introducing teenagers to wig and hairpiece construction using a sewing machine.

Women’s Alopecia & Hair Replacement Assistance Program
Crowning Confidence helps increase access to wigs, toppers, cranial prostheses, and other professional hair replacement solutions for women experiencing alopecia who may face financial barriers to obtaining them.

ABOUT THE NONPROFIT
The Weave College and Crowning Confidence are community programs of Pink Hats and Tees, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
These nonprofit programs are separate from the commercial services and educational programs offered by Weave Genius LLC and Weave Genius Academy.
Rhonda Robinson provides professional expertise, program development, and instruction in support of these initiatives.
