HANDS-ON ONLINE LACE SEW-IN TRAINING
This private one-on-one online Flawless Lace Sew-In Install class provides step-by-step instruction in professional lace closure and lace frontal sew-in installation using adhesive and sewing methods.
Training is conducted live via Google Meet or Zoom with direct, real-time instruction and correction.
You will perform the install during the session while receiving guidance on proper attachment, lace placement, sewing methods, and finishing techniques used in professional client services.
These methods are suitable for protective styling, natural-looking installs, and clients experiencing alopecia or thinning hair.
STRICT PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
This session is reserved exclusively for the registered participant.
No assistants, observers, students, or additional individuals are permitted to attend, observe, or be present during the session.
Only the registered participant may appear on camera and participate in the training.
This ensures focused instruction, proper supervision, and uninterrupted learning.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
With direct instruction from Rhonda Robinson, you will learn:
• Lace closure sew-in installation using adhesive and sewing • Lace frontal sew-in installation using adhesive and sewing • Proper lace placement and anchoring methods • Track placement, cutting, and fold-over techniques • Hairline positioning and customization • Blending techniques for natural-looking results • Proper finishing methods
These techniques are used for everyday clients and specialized alopecia applications.
LIVE TRAINING SETUP REQUIREMENTS
This is a live, hands-on installation training. Proper camera positioning is required for instruction.
Participants may use up to two devices logged into the session simultaneously.
Required setup:
• One device positioned on a phone stand or tripod focused clearly on your mannequin or model’s head and your hands during installation • One device positioned in front of you to view the instructor
Both devices may be logged into Google Meet or Zoom at the same time.
Participants must have a phone stand or tripod for each device used.
Proper visibility is required so your installation technique can be guided and corrected in real time.

A complete lace sew-in supply kit is included and will be shipped by Weave Genius Academy after enrollment so you are fully prepared for the online session.

Participants must have the following ready before the session begins:
• Lace closure with bundles or lace frontal with bundles
• Live model with hair braided into straight-back cornrows or mannequin head braided into straight-back cornrows
• Mannequin stand (if using mannequin) • Phone stand or tripod for each device used • Phone, tablet, or computer (up to two devices may be used) • Stable internet connection
One device must clearly show the install area and your hands at all times.
